Shipping Information

Based on our warehouse locations and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and ChinaPost.

The handling time before your order ships is approximately 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days depending on which option you select at checkout.

Shipping charges depend on your order total and which selection you choose at checkout.  Domestic shipping is free if your purchase is over $75 after all discounts. 

Shipping Insurance

We are proud to now offer shipping insurance on your purchases with Ambrie. And no this isn’t your normal shipping insurance. Have you ever had a package stolen from your porch, or an item arrived damaged, or a lost package? Now your package is insured and you don’t have to worry about it at all. Route Shipping Insurance has your back should anything happen to your package, it’s covered and you won’t be unhappy. This is automatically added to all Ambrie purchases, but no worries should you not want it, just remove at checkout. Shipping insurance is only $0.98 for all orders under $100 and only 1% of your order if over $100. For example if your order is $165, your shipping insurance will be $1.65. Just another way we are helping get your package to you as quickly, and safely as possible.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

 

Custom Print Items

Items marked as custom print orders take approximately 7-10 business days to ship as they are created when ordered.  Depending on what custom print item is purchased, you item can ship from different factories causing different shipping times but should still arrive in approximately the same time. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Priority shipping cannot be applied to custom print orders. Custom Print Items cannot be mailed to PO BOXES.  Thank you for your patience.
