Shipping Information

Once placed, an order cannot be canceled or updated.

Based on our warehouse locations and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and ChinaPost.

The handling time before your order ships is approximately 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days depending on which option you select at checkout.

Shipping charges depend on your order total and which selection you choose at checkout.  Domestic shipping is free if your purchase is over $100 after all discounts.

Sales and coupon codes are not retroactive. If there is a sale and your order was placed at an earlier date, it cannot be used on your order. Coupon codes, royalty points, and any discounts cannot be used on discounted items, clearance items, or combined with free shipping.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Custom Print/Made To Order Items

Custom print items please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your item to ship as they are made to order. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Priority shipping cannot be applied to custom print orders. Custom Print Items cannot be mailed to PO BOXES.
