You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return or
exchange eligible items.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Please note that clearance, mystery items, custom designs, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
- Email our team at support@ambrie.com
- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address.
- Carefully pack your item and include your order number inside the package.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective item.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with an exchange! Just contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make sure your replacement is just as magical.
